Owner Relations - Niseko office
THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Owner Relations Officer to join our H2 Life team.
You will be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of property owners, building trusted long-term relationships and ensuring they remain confident that their properties are being well cared for.
You will work closely with teams across H2 to coordinate owner requests, maintenance, property matters and owner stays, while keeping communication clear, timely and personalised.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build trusted and professional relationships with property owners.
- Provide proactive, timely and personalised owner communication.
- Maintain a strong understanding of each property's condition, maintenance requirements, projects and performance.
- Coordinate owner enquiries, requests and issues across H2 departments.
- Clearly communicate quotations, costs, recommendations and next steps.
- Obtain owner approvals and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
- Coordinate preparations for owner stays and respond promptly to feedback or concerns.
- Identify potential property risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of owner decisions, approvals, requests and outstanding matters.
- Follow issues through to completion and keep owners informed throughout the process.
ABOUT YOU : You will bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, client relations or relationship management.
- Excellent organisation and follow-through.
- Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
- Confidence using digital systems and workflow tools.
- A genuine commitment to delivering a high level of service.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Monthly salary of JPY 250,000-350,000.
- Performance-based bonus scheme, subject to individual and business results.
- Monthly commuting allowance of JPY 10,000.
- 10 days of paid annual leave after six months of employment & 5 days of paid sick leave following successful completion of the three-month probation period.
- Full coverage under Japan's social insurance system.
- Working visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
- Approximately 115-121 annual days off, in accordance with the company calendar.
