Would you like to be part of an international opening and experience a unique professional adventure? We are looking for a Pastry Sous-Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to recipes and established standards Organize and manage your workstation efficiently Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation throughout the production process Follow daily production schedules and meet required quantities Work closely with the Chef and the kitchen team Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety Ensure cleanliness and organization of your section Monitor and properly store ingredients and prepared products Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients Skills & Soft Skills: Formal training in pastry Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence Team player with adaptability We Offer: Monthly Salary : AED 17,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group Département Laboratoire Poste Pastry Chef de Partie – Production Kitchen Location Central Production Kitchen - Restaurant Monsieur Paul Outil de recrutement de Teamtailor
