Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and act as a key point of contact throughout their stay, handling enquiries and requests with care and efficiency.
• Deliver personalised, anticipatory service, getting to know guest preferences and making every interaction feel effortless.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and discretion, and resolve them promptly.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments so that every stay runs smoothly.
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest service in line with the standards of an ultra-luxury hotel.

About You

• 1–3 years of experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage.
