About the Role

We're expanding our team at betterhomes Abu Dhabi and looking for driven Real Estate Consultants and Senior Real Estate Consultants to join us.

Whether you already have experience in the property industry or are exploring a career in real estate, we're looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, initiative and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed property decisions.

You'll work within Abu Dhabi's residential property market, supporting clients throughout their buying, selling and leasing journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Support buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journeys.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing clients with relevant information and guidance.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Handle property enquiries, manage listings and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the sales and leasing process, from initial enquiry to transaction completion.
• Keep up to date with Abu Dhabi property trends, new developments and available inventory.
• Maintain organised client records and manage daily activities using CRM and digital platforms.
• Represent betterhomes professionally while delivering a personalised client experience.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi or Dubai real estate market is preferred but not essential for junior candidates.
• Familiarity with residential sales, leasing or off-plan developments is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience using CRM platforms and other digital tools is an advantage.
• ADREC Broker Licence is considered an advantage, especially for senior applicants.
• A professional mindset and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
