Key responsibilities Deliver compassionate pharmaceutical care at the new retail pharmacy in Hillsboro Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, wellness, and disease prevention Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions Provide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related products What you will need PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin Immunization certification (e.g., APhA, PSW) Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross What we offer Competitive salary range of $12 4 , 238.40 - $ 186,347.20 annually $10,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package including top-rated retirement plan Professional development support including tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, financial support for advanced training and certification programs, extensive internal courses, and access to Gundersen’s Career Development Center Relocation expenses negotiable during the hiring process Our culture & values At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
