Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist working in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

• Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, and collaborate with team members. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve physical abilities. Adapt treatments to individual needs and settings, ensuring a patient-centered approach to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical function.
• Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license (or proof of eligibility), a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree plus experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for equivalency.
• Skills & Attributes: Compassionate healer and helper, adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of designing effective rehabilitation programs. Strong communication skills for training patients and caregivers.
