Role: Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain and improve their physical abilities.
Address individual patient needs with adaptability and a patient-centered approach.
Collaborate with peers and make referrals for comprehensive care.
Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and wellness.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of eligibility.
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
For international degrees, must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. standards.
