Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying appropriate materials. Mix and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other structures. Create and replicate decorative textures and patterns. Repair and restore damaged plasterwork. NVQ Level 2 or 3 Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: Proven experience as a plasterer. Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. High attention to detail and excellent workmanship. Good physical condition and stamina. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
