Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Food & Beverage -Remote in Greece

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food culture and enjoy assisting customers in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately. Document all interactions with customers to provide insights for service improvement. Promote the company’s values and create positive and lasting customer relationships. Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus). Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to manage complaints and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to help customers find the best products for their needs.
