Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues and ensure timely deliveries. Keep clients informed about the status of shipments and any potential delays. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records for quality assurance. Provide solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and policies to offer effective assistance. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle operational challenges. Familiarity with logistics operations and supply chain principles is a plus. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
