Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding products, orders, and services. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting any issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes and product offerings to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvement initiatives. Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive approach to learning about products and services offered by the company.
