Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns related to biotechnological products and services. Assist customers with product information, orders, product availability, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain updated knowledge about the company's biotechnology products and advancements in the field. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement. Promote a positive customer experience by building relationships and demonstrating product expertise. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in biotechnology and willingness to learn about the products and industry trends.
