Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding media products and services. Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content access, and troubleshooting issues. Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's media offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Document customer interactions thoroughly to track service quality and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company promotions to better assist customers. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to clients. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A passion for media and entertainment, along with a willingness to learn about new content and services.
