This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients navigating the real estate market. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries. Assist clients with property searches, bookings for viewings, and general inquiries about real estate offerings. Provide guidance on the buying, selling, or leasing process to ensure clients are well-informed. Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and available properties. Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records for service improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective communication and service delivery. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is an advantage. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
