PR to PO Junior Buyer with English -Hybrid

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as PR TO PO Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Please note the working schedule below :

-Working days: Sunday to Thursday, 3days/ week WFO

-Working hours: 8:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time processing of Procurement transactions (RFQ, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites);
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management;
• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;
• Assisting to generate savings;
• Optimization of stock;
• Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization.
• Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations;
• Usage of relevant client systems:

-SAP systems to collect PR and proceed/register RFQ/PO

-Service Now to clarify technical requests with LBUs

-Macro Excel for the reporting and Supplier follow-up

Required Skills and Experience:

• Good English language skills, written and conversational;
• Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);
• Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
• Experience of working on SAP, SAP/4HANA, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.
