THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE The Everyday Banking team is looking for a Pricing Manager based out of Milton Keynes to join our Pricing Centre for Excellence . 12 Month – FTC. The role will lead the pricing of TSB deposits, including savings, current accounts and business deposits (subject to regulatory approval). To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Designing and Development of Product / Commercial initiatives, including Pricing for TSB savings, current accounts and business deposits Making commercial decisions, through data analytics and test and learn Managing product P&L / Balance Sheet Driving retention, customer growth and digital adoption Managing data analysis and research to determine product/pricing development and prioritisation. Managing budget and project funding requirements and business case approval. Identifying and managing risk (across function as appropriate). WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Professional Experience Experience in pricing UK deposit products, including current accounts, savings and/or business deposits (Required) Communication skills with great stakeholder and project management skills (Required) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Required) Effective leadership skills to support a high performing team and a positive work culture (Required) Financial services experience, including experience in dealing with financial products, including current accounts, savings and/or business banking (Required) Hard Skills Excel and great analytical experience (Required) PowerPoint and presentation skills (Required) SQL, SAS or Python (Preferable) WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT At Santander, your contribution matters. Salary Range: £52,459.00 - £78,689.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
