We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Analog Design Engineers to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing high-performance analog circuits, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

This position is onsite in a scenic region of Austria and visa will be supported as well as relocation expenses for international applicants!

Responsibilities

As a Principal Analog Design Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing high-performance analog circuits, including linear regulators, switching converters, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, and high-speed PHYs
  • Understanding technical requirements and electrical specifications of analog mixed signal integrated circuits
  • Defining verification and validation methods to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Ensuring the technical quality and on-schedule delivery of projects
  • Creating high-quality documentation to support designs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, test, and quality teams
  • Supporting feasibility studies and driving innovation in analog design
  • Investigating new ideas, managing risks, and contributing to the intellectual property strategy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologies
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the industry, with a focus on analog mixed signal IC design
  • Deep technical expertise in analog design and a proven ability to solve complex problems
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
