About the Role

This is a full-stack product engineering role at the center of how a prominent startup accelerator operates, spanning admissions, events, and internal tooling. Engineers here own the product experience end-to-end, from problem definition and UI design to deployment, with no traditional PMs or designers in the loop. The work directly shapes how the organization runs and how founders it supports are served.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and ship full-stack applications powering the admissions pipeline, events platform, and internal tools.

  • Develop and extend an events platform covering registration, coordination, and media handling across a variety of event types.

  • Integrate with external systems such as Google Calendar, Slack, email, and data pipelines to coordinate internal teams and external users.

  • Build AI and semantic search systems, including embeddings and natural language queries, across large datasets.

  • Automate admissions workflows including scheduling, notifications, status tracking, email triage, and deadline management.

  • Develop internal copilots and tools using LLMs for email classification, workflow automation, and natural language interfaces.

  • Create dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health and operational metrics.

  • Work directly with operations teams to understand workflows and translate them into clean, usable software.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 12 years of experience shipping production full-stack software end-to-end, owning product decisions rather than implementing specs.

  • Hands-on experience building with AI and LLMs, including semantic search, embeddings, and NLP features across large datasets.

  • Proficiency across the stack: Rails, React, PostgreSQL, and Python (or closely equivalent technologies).

  • Experience integrating with external APIs and systems such as Google Calendar, Slack, and email pipelines.

  • Background in a startup or early-stage founding environment, including comfort working without roadmaps or dedicated managers.

  • Strong CS fundamentals, demonstrated through a rigorous degree or exceptional independent projects.

  • Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or CRM-type software is a strong plus.

  • Former founder or early-stage CTO experience is a plus.

  • Low-ego, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving tradeoffs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $185,000 to $485,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
