About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for a workforce and operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and frontier models to real product workflows while also taking on broader product and platform priorities as needs evolve.
What You'll Do
Apply AI agents and frontier models across worker, business, and operations products to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.
Design and build real-time matching systems, automated vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs.
Own product features end to end, partnering with product and design on user needs and outcomes.
Contribute to payments, platform, and other high-priority product work beyond AI.
Collaborate with technical and operational partners to turn ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable products.
What We're Looking For
Three or more years of software engineering experience, ideally owning products at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
Experience shipping projects at scale in high-velocity, ambiguous environments and working across functions.
Strong product judgment and a record of delivering features with measurable business impact.
Experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompt design and tool integration.
Background in agentic AI, applied AI, marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, staffing, or operational software is relevant.
Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of independent, hands-on building.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
