Product Engineer, Mid-Senior

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for an industrial workforce and operations marketplace. You will apply AI agents and models to practical workflows while also owning product and platform work across the stack.

What You'll Do

• Integrate existing agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and fulfilment.

• Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.

• Design and build systems for real-time matching, automated vetting, distributed workflows, and APIs.

• Own product features end to end, working closely with product and design.

• Partner with technical and operations stakeholders to turn customer needs into reliable, scalable software.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of software engineering experience, including ownership of product features in an early-stage or fast-growing team.

• Experience shipping products at scale in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong product judgment and the ability to focus on user problems and business impact.

• Experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL; depth in some of these technologies is valuable.

• Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompt design and tool integrations.

• Background building marketplace, matching, recommendation, or applied AI products is relevant.

• Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of independent, hands-on problem solving.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
