Product Engineer, Mid-Senior

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-enabled software for an industrial workforce and operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and models to real customer workflows, while also owning broader product and platform work where it has the greatest impact.

What You'll Do

• Integrate AI agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and fulfillment.

• Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.

• Design and build real-time matching systems, automated vetting pipelines, distributed services, and APIs.

• Own product features from discovery through deployment in close partnership with product and design.

• Contribute to a range of priorities, including AI features, payments, and platform development.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 4 years of software engineering experience, including ownership of products or features in early-stage, fast-growing teams.

• Experience shipping scalable applications across frontend and backend systems, with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL experience valued.

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled products, integrating LLMs or agents, and wiring prompts and tools into production workflows.

• Strong product judgment, with the ability to connect technical decisions to user needs and business outcomes.

• Experience working at high velocity through ambiguity and collaborating across functions.

• Background in marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational software for non-technical users is relevant.

• Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of independent, resourceful work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
