Product Lead, Agentic Personalization

About the Role

As the founding product manager for an agentic personalization product, you will define its product direction, launch sequence, and go-to-market approach. You will help bring AI-driven personalization to web and mobile experiences, giving product and growth teams new ways to run real-time experiments.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with enterprise product and growth teams to understand their personalization workflows and identify what would build trust in an agent-driven approach.

• Translate customer insights into a roadmap connected to revenue milestones.

• Define which tasks agents can handle autonomously, such as audience segments, experience variants, experiments, and traffic allocation, and where human approval is needed.

• Design feedback loops that help customers build confidence in agent recommendations and actions.

• Partner with go-to-market, customer success, and company leadership on pipeline, customer conversations, positioning, and implementation playbooks.

• Work with engineering on technical and architectural tradeoffs for real-time personalization and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of relevant product experience, with a track record of taking products from early concept through launch and scale.

• Experience building enterprise B2B SaaS products and working closely with end users to understand problems and iterate on solutions.

• A technical product background and an undergraduate degree in a technical field from a highly regarded university.

• Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and collaborate effectively with senior engineers.

• Experience with AI or machine learning products is valuable, as is a background in software engineering, founding, or solutions engineering at a venture-backed company.

• Experience with developer products, personalization, machine learning, or recommendation systems is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $240,000 to $320,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
