About the role

MAINLESS is building its garment production in Dubai practically from scratch. The Production Director / Technical Director is the most important hire in that build: the person who decides how the whole production works and brings it up to European standards.

What you will do

• Build the entire production structure.
• Organise the work of all departments.
• Decide which specialists the production needs, including the denim, leather, tailoring and dressmaking technologists we are hiring alongside this role.
• Implement European production standards.
• Organise the technological processes.
• Train the existing staff.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience working at Italian factories.
• Experience in the premium or luxury segment is preferred.

Terms

• Full time, 6 days per week, 9 hours per day including a 1 hour break.
• Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law.
• 30 calendar days annual leave.
• 6 month probation.
• Salary discussed at interview.
