Are you an experienced Rotational Moulding professional who is ready for the next step?

We are a growing manufacturing business looking for a hands-on Production Manager to take ownership of our production operation and help us move into the next phase of our growth.

This is a shop-floor leadership role. We want someone who knows rotational moulding, understands manufacturing, gets involved, solves problems and leads their team from the front.

THIS IS MORE THAN A PRODUCTION MANAGER ROLE

We are growing - and we want the right person to grow with us. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for the day-to-day production operation, with the opportunity to develop into a broader Operations Management position as the business expands.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading and motivating the production team

• Driving production output, quality and efficiency

• Planning production and managing capacity

• Reducing downtime, waste and production costs

• Improving processes and manufacturing standards

• Developing people and building a high-performance team

• Working hands-on with machinery, tooling, materials and processes

• Ensuring production targets and customer requirements are achieved

• Supporting future investment, expansion and continuous improvement

• Building a strong culture of safety, ownership and accountability

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who knows rotational moulding and knows how to get things done. You could be an experienced Production Manager, Production Supervisor or Senior Rotomoulding professional who is ready to step up. Minimum 3 years experience required

• Strong rotational moulding /plastics manufacturing experience

• Excellent practical production knowledge

• Proven people-management ability

• A strong understanding of productivity and cost control

• A hands-on, problem-solving approach

• The ambition to progress into senior operations management
