You will be responsible for production technology operations at the manufacturing sites of major domestic manufacturers in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, industrial equipment, and semiconductors.

Your placement will be determined based on your experience and preferences.

• Setup and process design for new mass production lines (IE, takt and layout design)
  
  

Selection, installation, and commissioning of FA equipment, PLC control systems, robots, etc.

• Specifications for manufacturing equipment, outsourced design management, and technical negotiations with internal and external parties.
• Production process improvement aimed at optimizing quality, cost, and delivery time (QCD)
  
  

・Troubleshooting and planning of permanent solutions in the event of an anomaly.

• Promoting smart factories through IoT and data analysis
• Production and mechanical jig design

Application requirements

・日本での生産技術や設備導入の実務経験が3年以上

Experience in process design, process optimization, jig design, PLC control, etc.

• Japanese language proficiency: N2 or higher required
