Leading Interior Fit Out & Technical Services Company in Dubai hiring Project Coordinator.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily project activities - bridge between client, site team, consultants, procurement & vendors
- Assist PM in planning, scheduling & progress monitoring
- Handle project docs - RFIs, submittals, MOMs, progress reports, letters
- Track material approvals, deliveries & site resources to avoid delays
- Coordinate with procurement, design & MEP teams for smooth execution
- Support budget tracking, cost control & VO documentation
- Follow up for consultant / client approvals & site inspections
- Weekly & monthly reports for management & clients
Requirements
- 2-3 yrs as Project Coordinator in Interior Fit Out / Construction in UAE - Must
- Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design or related
- Good in MS Office, MS Project - AutoCAD advantage
- Knowledge of site operations, documentation & coordination
- Excellent communication & problem solving - Can handle multiple projects
- Must be in Dubai & available to join immediately
_Preferred:_ Fit out contractor exp in Dubai, DEWA / DM / DCD approval knowledge, UAE Driving License plus
