Glen Colton Property LLC is expanding its sales division and is seeking experienced property consultants to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.

We are looking for ambitious real estate professionals with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and a proven record of successful transactions.

Company-Generated Leads: 50/50 Commission Split

Self-Generated / Personal Leads: 60/40 Commission Split

For candidates with a strong professional background and an established record of successful transactions, additional initial financial support may be considered, based on experience, profile and demonstrated performance.

Visa support is available after one month of joining.

For consultants who successfully close a transaction within their first month, early visa processing may be considered.

We are seeking professionals who possess:

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience

• A demonstrated track record of successful sales and closed transactions

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

• Proven experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities

• A results-driven, professional and entrepreneurial approach
