Project Coordinator - Technology & Site Installations

A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has gone from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships. Delivery runs across seven or eight departments, and the gaps between them are where projects slow down. This role exists to close those gaps.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating day to day activity across assigned projects and keeping everyone aligned
• Maintaining schedules, action trackers, milestones and deliverables
• Working between clients, contractors, suppliers, authorities and internal teams
• Following up on procurement, equipment delivery, site readiness, installation, testing and commissioning
• Spotting delays and risks early and escalating them before they become problems
• Preparing status reports and meeting minutes, and making sure actions actually close

What do you need?

• 4 to 6 years of project coordination experience, this is not a graduate role
• A degree in business administration, project management, operations or logistics
• Experience coordinating teams across different platforms and systems
• A strong, assertive follow up style. You need to chase people persistently without putting their backs up
• Strong Excel, plus ClickUp or a similar project management tool
• Good written and spoken English
• UAE project experience and a driving licence are a bonus
