    RavenCo is recruiting on behalf of Dejavu Interiors for a hands-on Project Manager with a Civil or Structural Engineering background.

  • Manage fit-out projects from site assessment to final handover.
  • Coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Joinery, Gypsum, Tiling, Painting and Flooring works.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, quotations and cost estimates.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure quality, budget and timeline compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage material procurement, site requirements and project documentation.
  • Handle snagging, rectification and final handover.


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year UAE experience in interior fit-out/construction/renovation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and fit-out execution.
  • Experience in BOQ, estimation and quotation preparation.
  • Good network of UAE vendors, suppliers and subcontractors preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple site activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management experience is an added advantage.
