We’re Hiring: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Ahyan Real Estate is looking for ambitious, motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a leading Dubai real estate agency while receiving strong operational, marketing and management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct property viewings, presentations and client meetings

• Follow up with prospective buyers.

• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process

• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the company CRM

• Build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum six months of real estate sales experience

• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills

• Fluency in English and at least one additional language: Arabic, Russian, Urdu or Hindi

• Professional appearance and a confident, positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn attractive commissions
