Westbourne Capital Realty is looking for driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing Dubai team.
As a Property Consultant, you will advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, while managing the transaction process from initial consultation through to completion.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities
• Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Prepare and present property proposals
• Negotiate and close sales and rental transactions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with clients
• Monitor Dubai property market trends and opportunities
• Work closely with marketing and documentation teams
• Build long-term relationships through networking and excellent customer service
✅ Requirements
• Strong real estate consulting and sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and closing
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain organized records
• Familiarity with CRM and basic office software
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Professional attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
