Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, role based in Dubai. This position involves managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, conducting viewings, and advising clients on sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. The consultant will qualify leads, negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and ensure a smooth transaction process from initial inquiry through to closing. Day-to-day tasks include market research, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new developments and off-plan projects, providing accurate pricing and valuation guidance. The role also requires building long-term client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Qualifications: Valid RERA license, UAE driving license,
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and fluent English
