We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new properties, building relationships with property owners, and securing quality listings to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers.
• Contact property owners, negotiate terms, and secure exclusive and non-exclusive property listings.
• Conduct property visits, collect accurate property details, and ensure all listing information is up to date.
• Maintain and regularly update the company's property inventory and listing database.
• Monitor market trends, property prices, and competitor listings to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure all property listings comply with company standards and relevant Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
