As a High-tech Mechanical Assembler, you will build precision mechanical modules and systems in an international manufacturing environment in the Eindhoven region. Your work will contribute to advanced equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing, medical technology and high-precision automation, where accuracy and reliability are essential.

About the role

You will assemble complex mechanical and mechatronic modules according to technical drawings, work instructions and strict quality standards. Working in a modern production environment, including cleanroom conditions, you will combine practical assembly skills with careful measurement and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with engineers and production colleagues to resolve assembly issues and identify improvements to the production process.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical and mechatronic modules using technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Perform measurements, checks and quality inspections to verify that assemblies meet specifications.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures and production standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and report assembly issues and deviations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production colleagues to resolve technical challenges.
  • Suggest and contribute to improvements in assembly processes and product quality.


Working hours

This is a fulltime position working day shifts. However, some teams work in 2 shifts, if you would be open to work in a 2 shift (morning and evening) schedule, compensated by a shift allowance of 20%.


Your profile

  • Completed technical education at MBO level 2–4 or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Precision Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or technical production.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Practical troubleshooting skills during assembly.
  • An accurate, structured and quality-focused approach to work.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a high-tech production or cleanroom environment.
  • Good English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Experience in high-tech, semiconductor or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Experience with measurement tools or quality control processes is an advantage.

  • A competitive monthly salary, between € 3.000 - € 4.000 gross base.
  • If you're working in 2 shifts, a shift allowance of 20%.
