The Role

We are looking for a Python Developer to join a fast-growing technology company operating at the forefront of communications and CRM innovation.

In this role, you will work on scalable backend systems and services, contributing to the design and development of reliable, high-performance solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Python, using modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Build and integrate messaging systems, asynchronous workflows, and background services using technologies such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.

- Write clean, reusable, well-tested Python code, following established software engineering standards and best practices.

- Contribute to technical architecture and product development, actively participating in brainstorming and design discussions.

- Stay up to date with the latest Python technologies, frameworks, tools, and development practices, helping drive continuous improvement across the engineering team.

- Take ownership of projects and tasks while collaborating closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering.

- Strong knowledge of software development principles and backend/API development, including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one modern backend framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Familiarity with messaging systems, distributed caching, and relational databases.

- Experience with Docker and containerization is a strong advantage.

- Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or integrating machine learning models and AI-powered services into applications is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
