Teaching & Leadership Roles in Doha, Qatar
Location: Compass International School Doha (29 January 2027) & Nord Anglia International School Al Khor (30 January 2027)
Nord Anglia Education is hosting two in-person teaching and leadership recruitment days in Doha, Qatar - at Compass International School Doha on 29 January 2027 and at Nord Anglia International School Al Khor on 30 January 2027 - and we'd love for you to join us. Rather than a remote, multi-stage process, you'll meet our principals and senior leaders face to face, tour the campus, and interview for a role on the day.
This is a full-day, in-person event open to Teaching and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) candidates across all subjects and phases, with roles open at both Compass International School Doha and NAIS Al Khor. Approved candidates are matched to an interview slot based on their subject, phase and experience. When you apply, let us know which role you would like to interview for.
On the day:
Candidates approved to attend will:
- Registration, a welcome, and a guided tour of the host campus
- A short welcome address from the Principal
- Showcase presentations from the participating school's principal and senior leaders
- Informal time to meet the teams and departments you could be working with
- A scheduled 1:1 interview with the school's leadership panel, held on-site
The Successful Candidate will possess:
- A recognised teaching qualification or licence appropriate to your subject or phase (SLT candidates: relevant leadership experience)
- Relevant classroom or leadership experience (years confirmed per role at interview)
- Able to plan and deliver high-quality teaching or leadership within your subject or phase, and to support student progress and wellbeing day to day
- Based in or near Doha, Qatar, or able to attend in person on 29 January 2027 or 30 January 2027
- Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar - we can provide visa and work permit sponsorship
- A genuine interest in joining Nord Anglia Education and committing to one of these schools long-term
- Willing to undergo our standard safeguarding and background checks
