Pay: $74,526.00-$130,416.00/hour, DOE + Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance!

Quality Analysis RN Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent direct hire position!
  
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (confirm specific hours with facility).
  
• The Quality Analysis RN will collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data, perform medical chart reviews, and maintain quality dashboards to monitor hospital performance and patient outcomes.
  
• Partner with clinical leadership, IT, and department staff to support quality improvement initiatives, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies to improve patient safety and care.
  
• Manage regulatory quality reporting and assist with maintaining the OPPE process by tracking practitioner performance, monitoring compliance, and preparing reports for accreditation requirements.
  

• Current, active Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of hospital or clinical experience, with at least 1 year of healthcare data analysis experience.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EMR systems, and clinical data reporting; experience with Epic reporting, Midas, SQL, and chart abstraction preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory requirements. Must possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. CPHQ certification required within 24 months of hire.
