Job ID: 41568 | Location: Shizuoka, Shizuoka, Japan | Work Model: Onsite クラリアントジャパン静岡工場において、品質管理担当者として、原材料・中間製品・最終製品の品質管理試験を実施し、製品品質の維持・向上を通じて顧客満足と事業の安定運営に貢献するポジションです。また品質問題の原因分析および再発防止活動、各種マネジメントシステム（ISO、cGMP等）への適合を推進し、安全かつ持続可能な生産活動を支援します。 Responsibilities 原材料・中間製品・最終製品の品質試験および分析 品質データ分析および品質改善活動の推進 分析機器の維持管理 品質トラブルの原因分析および是正・予防措置の実施 不適合品管理 ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPO等のマネジメントシステム運用支援 顧客向けサンプル対応および各種分析評価 顧客苦情・品質問い合わせへの対応 Requirements 必須要件 高等学校卒業以上（化学系のバックグラウンドを有する方） 化学メーカーにおける品質管理または製造業務の経験（目安1年以上） 化学分析機器および試験機器の基本的な取り扱い知識 品質管理業務に必要なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等） 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方 英語の読み書きができる方（メール対応レベル） 歓迎要件 大学または高等専門学校における化学、応用化学、材料工学等の専攻 ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPOなどのマネジメントシステムに関する知識または運用経験 品質不具合の原因分析および改善活動の経験 顧客対応や苦情対応の経験 英語でのコミュニケーション能力 求める人物像 品質と安全を最優先に考え、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方 論理的思考力を持ち、課題解決に主体的に取り組める方 製造部門や関連部署と円滑に連携しながら業務を進められる方 顧客視点を持ち、高い品質基準を追求できる方 変化する環境や新たな要求に柔軟に対応できる方 誠実さとコンプライアンス意識を持って行動できる方 〈応募に関する注意事項〉 Important Notice for Applicants: 当ポジションでは、海外からの転居および就労ビザ取得のサポートは行っておりません。そのため、日本国籍または日本国内で有効な就労ビザ、もしくは永住権をお持ちの方を対象としています。なお、日本国内での転居に関してはサポートを提供いたします。This position does not offer support for relocation from overseas or for obtaining a work visa.
