Responsibilities
• Source, manage, and grow a portfolio of secondary/resale listings and clients
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings on resale properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors
• Stay up to date on Dubai's secondary market trends and pricing
• Represent the Belgravia Bayt brand professionally at all times
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and personal branding
Qualifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success
• Experience in Dubai's secondary/resale real estate market is a plus but not required — we welcome ambitious freshers too
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused attitude
• All nationalities and languages welcome — multilingual candidates are a strong asset
