Who Are We Looking For?

Off-Plan Property Consultants

Experience working with investors, end users and new-launch opportunities.
Good knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans and inventory.
Strong client management, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Secondary Market Property Consultants

Experience in property listings, seller acquisition and resale transactions.
Knowledge of key Dubai communities, including Emaar South, The Valley, DAMAC Lagoons, Meydan, Nad Al Sheba, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Hills Estate.
Strong prospecting, negotiation and listing conversion skills.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
Experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Market or both.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in closing deals.

Compensation: 100% commission-based role (no fixed salary), with attractive commission splits of up to 70%.
