Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including large-scale deals.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional documents.
Work with partners and practice leaders to advise developers, investors, funds, and other institutional and private clients.
Support Florida real estate matters referred by firms outside the state, including local counsel engagements.
Assist with transactions involving mixed-use developments, condominium redevelopment, transit-oriented projects, and cross-border investment.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.
A JD from an accredited U.S. law school and strong academic credentials.
Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.
Eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar or admission to the Florida Bar.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork.
Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
