What You'll Do
Handle acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, including large and complex deals.
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional instruments.
Work with partners on matters for developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, foreign and domestic investors, and family offices.
Advise on Florida real estate matters, including engagements referred by firms outside the state.
Support mixed-use development, condominium redevelopment, transit-oriented projects, and cross-border investment transactions.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.
Experience across real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.
A Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school, strong academic credentials, and eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar. Florida Bar admission is not required at hire.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork.
Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $240,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is eligible for a year-end bonus based on a 1,900 billable-hour target. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k). Relocation assistance and Florida Bar costs are covered for out-of-market hires.
