Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market residential properties across Dubai.
• Generate leads and develop strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions.
• Manage clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate property listings, lead records, and client information in CRM systems.
• Stay informed about market trends, developer projects, and relevant UAE real estate regulations.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market and real estate procedures.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Professional conduct, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven approach.
