Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads into qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
Build and manage your own client pipeline
Source new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Negotiate and close property transactions.
Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's communities, developments, and market opportunities.
Work toward clear individual sales targets and KPIs.

Who We Want:

You'll be a strong fit if you have:1+ year of real estate experience preferred
Proven sales and client-management experience
Ambitious and commercially minded agents who want to build a serious career in Abu Dhabi real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and target-driven mindset
Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market is an advantage
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
ADREC certification/license is an advantage
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
