WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will:

Convert leads into qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Build and manage your own client pipeline.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance.
Negotiate and close property transactions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market opportunities.
Work toward clear individual sales targets and KPIs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want ambitious, commercially minded, and driven individuals who are serious about building a career in Abu Dhabi real estate.

You should have:

Real estate or proven sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
A proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
The ability to build relationships and generate business
Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market is an advantage
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
ADREC certification/license is an advantage
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
