WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Perform check-in and check-out procedures Escort our suite guests to the Schloss Review arrival lists to welcome guests Assist our guests and respond to their inquiries Identify the needs of our guests and build a relationship with them Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) Handle guest complaints and refer them to management if necessary Ensure compliance with health and quality standards WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR First experience in the hotel industry, ideally in Reception/Front Office Familiarity with hospitality industry standards Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Computer skills Experience with Guestline is an advantage A customer-oriented and professional attitude An open-minded personality Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills At Schloss Leopoldskron , we are committed to providing a warm and inclusive environment for all our hotel guests, visitors, and program participants.
