We are looking for a friendly and professional Russian-speaking Receptionist to join a 5-star hotel team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Handle guest enquiries and provide helpful information
• Respond to calls and coordinate with other hotel departments
• Maintain a high standard of guest service and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and able to communicate in English
• Previous hotel or front office experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
