Registered Nurse - Resource Pool

Role Overview: The Resource Pool RN provides skilled nursing care across multiple units, including med/surg, mother-baby, outpatient surgery, emergency, and progressive care, after comprehensive training and orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions.
• Support professional nursing practices across various settings to meet patient and family needs.
• Function within the nursing care model, managing planning, implementation, evaluation, and communication of care.
• Provide leadership through precepting, informal roles, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, acuity, and resource availability.
• Exhibit excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills, and participate in committees or projects.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a registered nursing program.
• Current MN RN license.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Preferably, one year of RN or LPN experience in relevant care settings.
  
  

Additional Details: This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, requires state licensure, and completion of VisaScreen or similar certification.
