The CFO division provides financial reporting and data-driven analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders of Santander. It is a key provider of information that drives decision making in Santander. It also acts as the key liaison with regulatory bodies for financial data . THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE The Regulatory Reporting Team in the CFO division is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Integration Manager based out of Milton Keynes. This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regulatory Reporting Integration Manager to join the Change Management function within Regulatory Reporting on a 12 month secondment. The role will support the delivery of regulatory reporting integration activity, with a focus on migration UAT testing, migration activities, controls and reconciliations across key reporting processes. This role works collaboratively with the Regulatory Reporting Change Manager, regulatory reporting teams, migration and integration teams, IT development teams, Data, Risk, Finance Change and other stakeholders to ensure reporting changes are delivered safely, accurately and with appropriate governance. Working towards building solid foundations for reporting during the Migration waves and post part vii legal intergration of TSB. The role offers a great opportunity to build a broader understanding of the regulatory reporting landscape, including how regulatory returns are produced, how reporting requirements connect across the bank, and how data flows from source systems through finance, risk and control processes. You will support the Regulatory Reporting Change Manager with UAT planning and execution, migration readiness, issue resolution, controls, reconciliations and sign-offs. To succeed, you will need excellent financial knowledge, an understanding of how the bank operates and the ability to connect data, processes and reporting outcomes across teams. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting delivery of regulatory reporting integration workstreams, including dependencies with Migration, IT, Data, Finance, Risk and reporting teams. Supporting the Regulatory Reporting Change Manager with migration UAT testing, including test planning, scenario definition, evidence, defect triage, retesting and business sign-off. Coordinating migration activities for regulatory reporting outputs, ensuring data feeds, mappings, calculations, controls and process changes are understood and tracked. Creating UAT test scripts. Building and reviewing reconciliations, variance analysis and parallel run outputs to evidence migration impacts and reporting consistency. Helping maintain robust controls and governance across regulatory reporting change activity, escalating issues and tracking actions through to resolution. Developing a solid understanding of the regulatory reporting landscape, how the bank operates and how finance, risk and data processes support external reporting obligations. Professional Experience: Project or change management experience delivering finance, risk, data or regulatory reporting integration workstreams (Required) Experience supporting UAT planning, execution, defect management, evidence gathering and business sign-off for migration or reporting change activity (Required) Excellent financial knowledge and understanding of how banking products, processes, data and controls support regulatory reporting outputs (Required) Experience engaging stakeholders across IT, data, finance, risk, controls (Required) Hard Skills: SAS and/or SQL, or other data analysis and reporting tools used to investigate data, controls and reporting outputs (Preferred) Solid Excel skills, including reconciliations, variance analysis, parallel run analysis and control evidence (Required) Understanding of PowerBI or similar tools, and experience working with structured data feeds and reporting dashboards (Preferred) Soft Skills: Good communication skills and ability to engage a wide range of senior stakeholders (Required) Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines (Required) Proven track record of driving change, resolving issues and improving governance and controls (Required) Resilience in coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise and work under pressure (Required) Collaborative approach with the ability to coordinate across Regulatory Reporting, Migration, IT, Data, Risk, Finance and Change teams (Preferred) WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT At Santander, your contribution matters. Salary Range: £53,500.00 - £80,250.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
