The Job: Projects in industries such as tourism, online marketing, fashion, technology, and more Customer support via chat, email, or phone Your exact tasks depend on the project – we’ll find the best fit together Comprehensive paid training – no previous experience required You will work in an international team on-site in Lisbon or Porto, but handle customer interactions exclusively in Dutch or Flemish What you should bring: Fluent Dutch and good English skills (minimum B2) EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Strong communication skills, reliability, and motivation to try something new Willingness to live and work in Portugal for at least 6 months Open-mindedness and comfort working in an international environment Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus The Offer: Room in a shared apartment in Lisbon or Porto with utilities included for the entire contract duration After 12 months: free return flight to your home country (renewable annually) Private health insurance in addition to Portuguese public coverage Some Monthly gross salary between €1,200 and €1,800 depending on the project, bonus and housing model Free leisure activities: Portuguese classes, surf lessons, team events Possibility to arrive up to one week before your official start date Hiring Process: Apply online by submitting your updated CV in English and answering a few short questions We will contact you via email to schedule an initial information call, where we walk you through all key details and answer your questions Once matched, we will identify the right project and starting date together and guide you through the final hiring steps We’re looking forward to your application!
